1. UNIVERSAL NON-REFUNDABLE TICKET POLICY
All ticket sales for Tshaka Comedy are final and binding, regardless of the performance location (including Melbourne and all other domestic or international tour stops). No refunds, partial credits, or exchanges will be issued for "change of mind," personal schedule conflicts, or failure to attend. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that the seat is reserved for you and removed from the global inventory, making the sale final.
2. MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES ONLY
We do not offer money-back refunds for any physical goods or tour merchandise.
- Exchange Window: Requests for exchanges are only permitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be returned in "as-sold" condition (unworn, unwashed, and original tags intact).
- Logistics: The buyer bears all costs for return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
3. NO CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT INTEGRITY
Purchasers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank or credit card provider. Any attempt to circumvent this refund policy via a banking dispute will be treated as a breach of contract and may result in a permanent ban from all future Tshaka Comedy events and legal action to recover lost funds.
4. POSTPONEMENT & FORCE MAJEURE
If a show is moved to a new date due to travel restrictions, health mandates, or any "Act of God" (Force Majeure), your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds are not provided for rescheduled events. If an event is cancelled in its entirety with no reschedule date, a credit voucher will be issued for use at a future tour date.
5. RIGHT OF ENTRY & BEHAVIOR
The tour management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for disruptive behavior without a refund. This includes unauthorized filming or recording of the comedy set.
